Flowers Delivery, Shipping and Returns

LOCAL DELIVERIES 


We offer complimentary delivery to Glendale, Studio City and Pacific Palisades cities in Los Angeles. For hand-deliveries outside our free delivery area, a fee will be applied. The delivery fee will be calculated based on the delivery address during the checkout. 


REQUESTS FOR SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIMES: Because of multiple variables, including the traffic in Los Angeles, we are unable to guarantee deliveries at a specific time. However, you can request a delivery time frame by filling in the special instruction box when completing your order, and we will do our best to deliver the arrangement within your preferred time frame. In addition, you are always welcome to call to any of our boutiques so that one of our team members can handle your request personally.


IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME: In the case that the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, we will contact you by phone unless you provided us with special instructions on your order form. While we do our due diligence to reach you, if we miss you we may leave the delivery in a safe place, such as in a shaded area on the front porch or with a neighbor, or we may leave a message to call to arrange for future delivery.


THE RECIPIENT MAY BE CONTACTED: We may need to contact the recipient to ensure someone will be home to accept delivery or to confirm the address unless you tell us not to contact them in the special instruction box when completing your order.


NATIONWIDE SHIPPING


JLF ships ONLY via FEDEX PRIORITY OVERNIGHT. Overnight Shipping is FREE for ALL JLF Customers during the week, UNLESS the customer requests a SATURDAY DELIVERY, which costs $12.99. We do not ship to PO boxes. 


CANCELLATIONS


All cancellation requests must be submitted by calling 1(844) 707-0707 at least 1 day (24 hours) prior to the delivery or shipping day. 


RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY 


All sales concluded at J’Adore Les Fleurs are final. We are providing a service consisting of perishable items with sensitivity to temperature, moisture, and light. Receiving a defective product being the only exception. All such claims must be made within 12 hours of receiving the flowers. A photo of the arrangement must be submitted to info@JLFleurs.com. Please keep in mind that flowers are perishable and have a life of their own. Proper care is required. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow care instructions provided by J'Adore Les Fleurs.
